Who is Ellison?

I grew up managing my time.

Being homeschooled K-12, I spent the first 18 years of my life learning and developing time management strategies. I was self-taught throughout my high school years, which forced me to be self-motivated, efficient, and strategical.

These skills followed me into college. I attended Cedarville University, where I graduated in 2020 with a B.A. in both Accounting and Finance. During my time there, academics were my priority, but I didn’t want my health, wellness, and mental well-being to suffer. Once again, I built systems, routines, and habits for myself that allowed me to do my studies while maintaining a health regimen. College is always somewhat stressful and exhausting, but I managed to pass four years of classes without pulling a single all-nighter.

Professionally, I’ve worked in administration and accounting. Both roles are known for their detailed demands and time-consuming natures. In every position I’ve held, though, my efficiency has been unmatched. My clients and superiors always laughed when I would fill their doors looking for more work, telling me that I was “too fast.”

I’m of the opinion that a great system is personal. It has to be the perfect blend of structured and relaxed in order for someone to adhere to it. Without structure, nothing gets done. With too much structure, life feels lifeless.

A system that works is one that leaves room for life to happen. Surprises and emergencies are sure to arise, but you’re entire life doesn’t have to consist of stress or fire and damage control.

My priority is to know my clients and understand how they operate. What works for me won’t work for someone else. My goal is to help you uncover what works best for you, and together, we’ll find solutions that make life run a little smoother.
